John Mulligan aka “Mugsy” has been entertaining families professionally since 1987 part time while serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, then full time since 1993. His skills include Juggling, Unicycling, Magic and at times creating Balloon Animals. Mugsy has 4 wonderful grown up children of his own and “Yes” he does perform at Birthday Parties.
